- Probes specific for mature miRNA eliminates signal from pre-miRNA molecules
- Ideal for clinical samples including tissue biopsies or bio-fluids
- Incoming RNA QC by NanoDrop and Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer
- Reverse-transcription by miRNA-specific priming, or pooled priming in the case of the Human miRNA LDA card
- Real-time detection via TaqMan primer & probe technology in triplicate for single miRNA assays, or per-card for the LDA format

miRNA – Absolute Quantification
miRNA – Relative Quantification & Human miRNA LDA card
To ensure security, all information is provided in an electronic form on a DVD. Encryption is available on request. Data may also be delivered by FTP or e-mail.
Quality Control
During our processes, we monitor many QC checkpoints as recommended by the Applied Biosystems’ procedures. As much as possible, we utilize spike-in controls, in-process sample controls, and process or reagent batch controls. Should any sample-specific QC measure result in an “alert” or “fail” reading, we will contact you to discuss available options. These rigorous procedures enable Asuragen to be the only service provider to offer a Data Quality Guarantee:
